The Rough Kitchen is founded by Jord Althuizen, Worldchampion Babecue and Masterchef Holland 2015 and Grillmasters Juror Marcus Polman. Together they decided to start a place where they could share their passion for artisan steak.

A genuine tribute to the butcher’s American-style meat, known for its top-quality and for the pasture-raised animals. The barbecue specialties are being prepared a la minute at the Meadow Creek BX 50 and the Big Green Egg. With tasting platters like ‘Best of Pork and ‘Carnivores Feast’ the carnivore in you will definitely be satisfied.
